TOUR PROGRAM:

DAY 1

Arrive in Istanbul and get accommodated at your hotel.

DAY 2

Breakfast. Istanbul City Tour:

Visit the most significant historical and architectural monuments, such as the Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmed) XVII century, it’s the one and only mosque in the world which has six minarets, an underground Basilica

Reservoir - a structure used for potable water storage; the Hippodrome built in 203 BC. Following the mosque tour, you will be provided with lunch and soon after you will begin your departure to Canakkale, where we will

accommodate you at the hotel. Dinner will be served shortly afterwards and you will have time to yourselves to explore the beautiful city.

 DAY 3

 Breakfast is served at the hotel and at 8.00am departure to Troy will take place. The Troy city tour (1.5 - 2 hours) – is a unique city with much myths and legends around it. You will visit the Trojan horse and soon after take way to visit the city of Bergama- the center of the Hellenic civilization. Following Bergama city, you will be brought to Ephesus where dinner will be served and you will be accommodated at your hotel for the evening.

 DAY 4

 Breakfast is served at the hotel. Following breakfast will be a visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, where she spent the final days of her life. Ephesus city Tour (built between XVI-XI centuries BC) – is the largest

preserved ancient city of the Roman Empire, the visit entails: Odeon, the Library of Celsius, the Temple of Hadrian, the Ancient Theatre, and the Artemis Temple. Lunch will be served following the tour. We also

recommend a visit to St. John's Church (fees not included in the tour however). After lunch you will be taken to Pamukkale and accommodated at your hotel. Dinner will be served with cultural and entertainment programs.

 DAY 5

Hierapolis City Tour - the sacred city where you can see the Domitian Street, The Apollo Temple and the Agora. In Pamukkale you can visit the travertine terraces with calcareous sediments created by hot

springs, whose waters are used medicinally since ancient times. If you choose to, for an extra charge, you may swim in the natural pool of Cleopatra. Lunch is served following the tour and afterwards you will be

heading to Cappadocia (a 9/10 hour roadtrip with 2-3 stops). Cappadocia’s name is of the ancient country in Central Anatolia where many churches and monasteries were built within rocks, you can find many frescos painted on the walls. You will then be accommodated at the hotel. Dinner will be served following a cultural and entertainment program.

 DAY 6

The day will begin with breakfast at your hotel. Following will be a visit to the famous Cappadocia rock formations known as the "Valley of the pigeon", "Three Beauties", "Camel", and "Pashaba”. Afterwards you will

visit the open-air museum "Goreme" and one of the world's largest underground cities "Kaymaklı" consisting of several layers. Dinner will be served at the hotel. "Turkish Night" will follow with unlimited alcoholic

beverages (at an extra charge). The "Turkish Night" program consists of a unique dance of dervishes ("Dance of Ecstasy").

 DAY 7

 Breakfast at the hotel. You will depart at 7.30am for Ankara. Ankara City Tour is comprised of visiting the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk - the first president of the Turkish Republic. Following the mausoleum will be lunch. After lunch, you will departure for Istanbul. Accommodation at the hotel will take place, and shortly after dinner will be served. 

 DAY 8

Breakfast at the hotel. The Day will be a continuation of the Istanbul City Tour; Hagia Sophia – impressing 14 centuries worth of tourists through its majesty and harmony, following that you will enjoy a view point of the Bosphorus on the Asian side of Istanbul. Lunch will follow, and there after you will be transferred to the airport for departure.
